Service Description
TAH identifies and describes current problematic behaviors so that client can work to modify them in a therapeutic way. TAH analyzes the client’s past as a tool for understanding present behaviors. TAH focuses on the “WHY” certain behavioral patterns occur, and work on “HOW” to work towards a goal. In Life Coaching the coach works with client via telehealth or face to face to clarify goals and identify obstacles and problematic behaviors in order to create action plans to achieve desired results. The life coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground for taking action and move forward in life. TAH enables the person receiving services to take control of their life for the purposes of accomplishing their goals. The goal of TAH is to help you get “unstuck”
